Success comes-only with luck?

We are continuously reading and using the word "success" in our day to day life but actually how can we define "Success" and who all have attained success in their lives. We all listen to a phrase very often that "Kismat Ne Hamara Sath Nahi Diya".Is "Kismat" the only reason for our unsuccessful life? Luck is nothing but a feeling which can be different for everybody. Success is only a perception of people against their achievements and non-achievement stories and it is defined differently by everyone.

I have done a case study on a group of 25 people and ask what is the meaning of success for them.
Out of those 25, only 5 people have the same opinion otherwise everybody spoken different story and out of 25 people, only 2 people said that they are successful otherwise all thought they are unsuccessful in one or more things for which they tried hard in their lives.

Success is nothing but a feeling of satisfaction for whatever you want to achieve against your achievements. Individual who is looking for true love in their life but he have an unlimited name, fame, money, honor then also they are dissatisfied. The reason is he wants to attain love as his satisfaction.
Another person required money and fame then no matters how much love & honor he already attains in his life. Another person is a workaholic, he is getting a good salary in an MNC company but he doesn't have much there then he feels unsuccessful as he wants to do a lot of work to justify his salary.

Success is achieving what you want from your life, but it's not what you waited to come to you and ask you to hold in your hands. As difficult it is to attain, more difficult it is to maintain. Anything you want in your life required "3J".

These 3 J's are as follows:

1. J for jazba , (jazba kuch bi kar jane ka apna maksad pane k liye), 
2. J for Jid (jid karna seekh lo, jo hai nhi mukaddar me use pana seekh lo), 
3. J is Junoon (Harane ka shauk mat rakho, junoon paal lo sabse aage nikal jane ka)

There are many factors which drive "Success"

Know Yourself

Whatever you are doing, it should be your wish to do rather your obligation. Whenever you do anything for yourself then you come up with the best of your ideas and hard work with passion into it, it makes you believe in yourself and that belief in you is the main driven force to achieve success. Do whatever you would like to do and the give your best into that.

Need for Concentrating

Concentrating is the key to your achievements. Without concentration, we cannot expect anything big without concentration. In Hindu mythology, a very famous story is about "Arjuna's Arrow" Dronacharya has many students but Arjuna was the only one who was able to concentrate and gave his focus towards his target. Everyone in this world is born with few or more qualities but we need to check and work over it by our concentration and focus. We have to build ourselves by the power of our own thought and control.

Stop finding excuses for your failures

This is very simple to blame others for our failure and this could also satisfy your family and friends but you would never be satisfied with this because your insight knows that you are the only culprit for your failure, not anyone else. Start focusing on your wrongdoings and do your best to overcome that. Do whatever you have to do to convert your weakness into your strength. Always remember your competition is with you not with anybody as you are unique and you are only one who can make the change. 

Going towards Silence

Silence is not as being isolated. I am talking about the silence exercises here. Find out some time for just yourself and concentrate on your dreams which you want to succeed in it. Sit on a silent place with closing eyes and feel each and everything you want to attain, feel the situation is in front and you are enjoying into it, Think each and every attribute of it in detail, no matter what topic has been chosen but see yourself just as you would be and see the perfect inside articulation of it. It will not only boost your confidence for your goals but also awake supra-consciousness of your mind, and you are ready to make a great cosmic union.

There is nothing like good or bad luck. We make these conditions inside our own cognizance and form them into the structure by our considerations and activities.

Have you ever saw any job vacancy- "we required a lucky man at the place of intelligent" if success comes only with luck then organizations should only do the hiring and procurement process with the help of astrologers, in spite of following the proper selection procedure. 

If so many lucky people come together then they can make wonders to the companies, am I right?
